It rains here... a lot.
They want to open up 200ft of ditch for our pipe (everything we're running is underground). We can only lay about 20 to 30ft in a straight line a day. Which is actually about 450ft of pipe because of the number of pipes across and double stacked.
Now we will have a ditch full of water and once the water is out...mud, because the bottom fell out of the sky today and a tornado rushed in some weather.

Submission to authority doesn't always make sense, from our point of view.
God didn't ask our opinion about it.
